1. What types of events do you service?
We provide luxury photo booth experiences for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, private parties, galas, and more. If you’re celebrating, we’re there to make it unforgettable.

2. What’s included in a photo booth rental?
Each rental includes a premium booth setup, professional lighting, an on-site attendant, unlimited photo sessions, instant digital sharing, high-quality prints, and a personalized Dropbox link with all photos taken at your event.

3. Do you provide an attendant during the event?
Absolutely. A professional Noiriqué Studio attendant will be on-site throughout your rental to ensure everything runs smoothly.

4. How do I book my event?
To secure your date, a signed contract and deposit payment are required. Please note: if your deposit is not made within 24 hours of receiving your invoice, your booking is not guaranteed and your date may be released to another client. The remaining balance is due before your event.

5. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–3 months in advance, especially for weddings and peak seasons, to guarantee availability.

6. Do you travel outside of Beaumont/Port Arthur?
Yes — Noiriqué Studio is based in the Beaumont and Port Arthur area, but we do travel for events. Travel within 30 miles of Beaumont/Port Arthur is included. For locations beyond this radius, a travel fee of $1 per mile applies. For Houston, Texas events, a flat $100 travel fee applies.

7. Can guests share their photos instantly?
Yes — all of our booths come with instant digital sharing via text, email, or QR code, along with optional physical prints.

8. Do you provide props?
Yes — we provide a curated selection of fun and stylish props for your guests to enjoy. Please note that all props are the property of Noiriqué Studio and must be returned after use.

9. Can I add extra time during my event?
Yes — you may extend your rental if time permits. Extra time is billed at $50 for 15 minutes or $80 for 30 minutes. If you’d like to add a full hour, your package will be upgraded to the next hour package rate.

10. What happens if there is property damage?
Clients are responsible for any damage to Noiriqué Studio’s equipment or props caused by misuse, negligence, or guests during the event. Charges for repair or replacement may be billed to the client after the event. Our attendant will help monitor the booth to ensure everything runs smoothly, but responsibility ultimately rests with the client.
